Tegra 3-powered Xolo Play Review.

Tegra 3-powered Xolo Play to launch at Rs. 15,999 with 4.7-inch display.
After bringing Intel processors to the cellphone market, Xolo is now planning on courting with Nvidia too. It seems that Xolo is all set to launch a premium flagship phone, the Xolo Play, come July 15. It will be powered by the Tegra 3 processor and will be priced at Rs. 15,999.

The spec sheet of the Xolo Play is also available and it seems to be a fairly decently powered device. It of course houses Nvidia’s Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz (4+1 core) along with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of on-board memory. If you’re a multimedia junky, you can expand the storage to a whole 32GB courtesy the on-board microSD card slot.

You can enjoy all your movies on the Xolo Play’s 4.7 inch screen that sports a resolution of 1280x720, giving it an effective pixel density of 312 ppi. If your phone is what you use to take most of your photos, then you would enjoy the 8 megapixel rear camera with Autofocus, LED flash and the capability to shoot 1080p videos.

The phone is supposed to be available for sale in the coming weeks,
